Known as The Flower of the Heavens from Buddhist scriptures. One of those states red flowers will fall from the heavens as a signal of an upcoming celebratory occasion. Celebrate with us in our beautiful restaurant surrounded by flowers and a Japanese “zen” garden.

The light, garden-inspired Sushi Bar with its grand wall of windows. This relaxed area provides a backdrop for artfully prepared dishes hand-crafted with quality ingredients.

“Fire Flower” translates to FIREWORKS
Nagaoka Summer Fireworks are called Hanabi. "Hana" means flower and "bi" means fire, so the word roughly translates to "fire flowers" or "flower-shaped fire".
We combine the organic beauty, the softness of flowers, and pair that with the power, brilliance, and fire with our cutting-edge style and celebratory approach to hibachi and teppanyaki cuisine. We can’t wait to share this unique experience with our guests. Opening Late October.
